Ingredients:

  • Time – 30 minutes
  • Macaroni – 1 cup
  • Capsicum – 1
  • Cabbage – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 2
  • Carrot – 2
  • Green chilly – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato sauce – 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp
  • Red chills powder – less than 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Ginger paste – 1 tsp

Process of boiling Macaroni Pasta

  • Put 2.5 cups of water, ½ tsp. of salt, and 1 tsp. of oil in the vessel.
  • Now cover and cook on high flame until it boils.
  • When it boils, add 1 cup of pasta and cook it uncovered on a medium flame for 9-10 minutes while occasionally stirring it.
  • After the time is up, turn off the flame, immediately strain the pasta, and place it in another bowl in the sieve.
  • Stir the pasta once to cool it down.

Process of making Macaroni Veg Pasta

  • Let’s make some delicious Indian Macaroni Veg Pasta together. Start by peeling and washing a carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, and tomato.
  • Make sure to dry them thoroughly before removing the seeds and middle part of the capsicum and tomato, as per your preference.
  • To start, heat up 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  • Then, add 1 finely chopped green chili with the seeds removed, and ½ teaspoon of grated ginger to the pan.
  • Fry the ingredients for a bit before adding the chopped carrots, green capsicum, and yellow capsicum.
  • To prepare the veggies, turn the heat to high and roast for a minute, stirring constantly.
  • Then, add the chopped tomatoes and fry for 30 seconds while continuing to stir.
  • Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of crushed black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, and 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  • Mix everything together well.
  • Next, gently mix the boiled macaroni into the pan.
  • Then, pour in ¼ cup of cream and stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Finally, sprinkle in some fresh green coriander and continue to stir.
